This was our first time ever selling a house. I was super nervous because we had no backup plan. We received many offers in less than 2 days and the house was under contract way quicker than we imagined. Carl made the process a lot less stressful for us & always answered my texts no matter how many I sent him 🤣 He walked us through all of the steps and always got us the answers we needed. We also requested to be able to rent back the house as we searched for a new one & he made that possible.
I was extremely picky about must haves for our new house & Carl quickly realized what he was getting himself into the first day we met. He went with us to view every house we wanted to look at & made sure to talk through the pros and cons of each with us to find the perfect fit.
Carl also provided recommendations for certain companies that we needed to utilize which was also a huge help.
