This was our first time ever selling a house. I was super nervous because we had no backup plan. We received many offers in less than 2 days and the house was under contract way quicker than we imagined. Carl made the process a lot less stressful for us & always answered my texts no matter how many I sent him 🤣 He walked us through all of the steps and always got us the answers we needed. We also requested to be able to rent back the house as we searched for a new one & he made that possible. I was extremely picky about must haves for our new house & Carl quickly realized what he was getting himself into the first day we met.
